How to make the most out of your investment ?

You own a property... and you want to make the most out of your investment ?

Our role :

A.I.T.A. exclusively ensures, as the MANDATAIRE (legal representative) of the owner the simple mission to rent out the property seasonally :

- find clients and create contracts with individuals or agents (to include Private Business Commitees, Travel Agents, Tourist offices)
- manage the property as as agreed in writing by the owner - bank all financial transactions including the deposit
- carry out (if required) any maintenance works that are required to maintain the property to a standard required by our clientele.

Duration :

Each owner that signs over a property to the agency is under contract for a duration of 12 months starting from the date the contract is signed.

It is renewed automatically.

Rents:

Any monies owing to the owner by the agent, from the rental of the propert will be paid at the end of the season.

Maintenance :

Due to our prepaid "maintenance/cleaning" package, A.I.T.A. arantees the everyday maintenance of the property as well as a final end of season clean (sproviding that the owner does not occupy the apartmebnt for more than six weeks during the season).

The package includes :

- replacing any small items (light bulb, fuses)
- routine repairs
- end of season clean
- cleaning all bedding
- "dust" removal at begginning of season
- cleaning carpets and flooring at the end of season.

Our strengths :

AITA will do everything possible to rent out your accommodation.

Your apartment, handed over to us for management, will by well maintained and looked after throughout the duration of the contract by our team members based in the resort.

Our team members, due to their wealth of experience will be able to advise you on how to manage your propoerty.

How A.I.T.A. is paid ?

The agence, bound by professional regulations, has the right to a fixed sum for the administration of a property.

This fee is entirely due by the owner and will be deducted from any rentals taken.

The fee is 30%.
