The CONCIERGERIE MANDATE
Are you a homeowner looking for freedom and autonomy in the management of your second home? Our concierge mandate is made for you! You find your client, you create your own contract rental contract with your client, and we can take care of the rest ... from arrival to departure, with the exit inventory, household linen rental, end of stay cleaning, restaurant reservations , equipment, transport, and sale of ski lift passes. THE MIXED MANDATE
The mixed mandate perfectly combines the rental management mandate and the concierge service, giving you maximum flexibility. It is a 100% winning partnership with a proprietary interface that is available to you on our site, and a qualified and certified host. This formula maximises the occupancy and therefore your property’s rental potential.
The only obligation to be able to rent your accommodation is to make sure beforehand that it is available on the agency planning, and you will have to confirm your reservation and reserve your period before any confirmation to your client. The services available to the agency's clients are available to your guests. A simple and effective method.
THE SEASON MANDATE
If you own an apartment that has not been renovated, and you do not plan on coming to Tignes this year, take advantage of this and opt for the season mandate. This is the ideal solution to make a home profitable without investment. The objective is to rent by the season and not conventionally by the week, in order to obtain a guarantee of occupancy and therefore of income. We ourselves look for clients with solid references and whose payment is managed before entering the property, we take care of deposits and guarantees in the event of damage, we manage all the logistics on your behalf.
You will receive monthly installments throughout the term of the rental agreement. The agency rents your accommodation from November to May, and from May to September and the standard agency fees are of course reduced.
